Rah-O-Maskan Company was established on 08/07/1989 in Kerman city in order to participate in the construction and development of Iran after the Iran-Iraq war. In April 1992, at the same time as the management of the company changed, the first executive contract was also concluded. Mr. Mohsen Iranmanesh was elected as the CEO and Mr. Mohsen Kalantari-Pour was elected as the chairperson of the board of directors, and they are still working in the same positions. The contract for the construction of the Ahmedabad railway station on the Bafq-Bandar Abbas axis in April 1992 was the first contract of the company, which was put into operation in the beginning of 1995, and the communication road of the above station was also implemented in 1995. The next contract of the company is the construction of the commercial tower of Rafsanjan Presidential Complex, which was put into operation in the middle of 1999. During the implementation of this project, the construction of the Rafsanjan Broadcasting and Television building complex and the residential buildings of the Pistachio housing cooperative were also carried out by the company during 1992 till 1998 which the Superintendent was Mr. Mohsen Iranmanesh. The contract for the construction of Hasan Abad and Imam Ali metro stations in Tehran Metro Line 2 was signed in 1998 with Tehran Urban and Suburban Railway Company, and these stations in Tehran Metro Line 2 were put into operation in 1999 and 2000, respectively. The completion of these stations and the quality and speed of their implementation was the beginning of concluding other contracts with the Tehran Urban and Suburban Railway Company. The contract for Shahid station on the metro line 1 was concluded in 2001, Science and Technology station on metro line 2 in 2004, and Ekbatan station and its northern tunnel on line 4 in 2008. Station contract G3 and Z2-2 It was concluded in the years 2008 and 2011 respectively which unfortunately were not implemented due to lack of land acquisition by Tehran municipality. The executive operations of these stations and its related tunnels, which included heavy, bulky and special excavation operations, concrete placing and metal structures underground, as well as special high and low voltage electrical installations and mechanical installations for ventilation of the station and tunnel, Rah-O-Maskan was introduced to the employers by one of the well-known contractors of Tehran Metro. Also, the contract for the construction of Noorabad sewage treatment plant in the year 2003 included this company among the contractors of water projects. This company has implemented all the operations of electrical and mechanical installations of the projects. However, the contract for implementing the residential towers of the Army Housing Cooperative in Kermanshah was only a facility contract that was concluded in year 2011. The construction of the championship pool of Naqsh Jahan complex in Isfahan, following the conclusion of its contract in 2007, proved the ability of Rah-O-Maskan to implement special structures. This 125 ton metal structure was built in the form of two arches (vertical and horizontal) and with a span of 140 meters. The container site contract including landscaping and installation operations of South Shipping Company at Port of Shahid Rajaee was concluded in 2007, and after that, the contract for the construction of the East Terminal, which was a set of road construction, installation and construction operations, was executed in 2012. The contracts for the reconstruction of the buildings of the Tax Administration were concluded in 2014 and 2017. These buildings had to be demolished because they were dilapidated. But due to the special situation and the lack of permission to rebuild, the foundations of the buildings were reinforced by digging deep piles in the vicinity of the previous foundation and with great risk, and its metal structure was also added by adding new elements and strengthening the previous profiles, as well as implementing concrete slabs on the roofs and They were updated according to the new earthquake regulations. In the years 2004, 2011, 2013, and 2019, Rah-O- Maskan Company concluded and executed contracts for 240 cooperative housing units for doctors, 192 units in Khajo, 200 rental units in Kerman, and 440 units in Gorgan which are in line with the company's goals.
